What we believe:

We believe in the doctrine of the prophets and apostles as stated in Ephesians 2:20 "And built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone."

"And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers" (Acts 2:42).

We believe there is one, single, indivisible God without any distinction of 'persons'. He was known as Jehovah in the Old Testament. Jesus is Jehovah manifest in the flesh and in Him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily (Colossians 2:9).

We believe in salvation according to Acts 2:38. "Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost."

We believe in the reception of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of tongues (languages) as on the day of Pentecost.

water baptism in Jesus nameWe believe in water baptism by complete immersion in the name of Jesus.

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallable Word of God. "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works" (II Timothy 3:16-17). Within its pages are mankind's instruction for daily and holy living, as well as the only plan for eternal life.

We believe in a lifestyle of holiness. "Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord" (Hebrews 12:14).

We believe in the imminent return of our Lord Jesus Christ in the rapture. "For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord" (I Thessalonians 4:16-17).
